To prepare Children to become responsible citizens through the use of Town Hall meetings and education programs. The mission is to enlighten the Children to their responsiblities as they attain adult status. The Town Hall meetings would be held through out the United States.The meetings would encourage the Children to create a code of conduct by which to govern themselves which would be promoted with education via the schools and other institutions. The code would be diseminated around the country for discussion, revision and adoption.
