Columbus Association of Realtors

The Columbus association of Realtors is a local level, not-for-profit trade association. Founded in 1908, Columbus association of Realtors is comprised of more than 9,100 real estate professionals engaged in residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, property management, appraisal, consultation, real estate syndication, and land development. The territorial jurisdiction of CAR as a member of the national association of Realtors is fayette, franklin, madison, morrow, pickaway and union counties in Ohio. Columbus association of Realtors provides leadership for the realtor community by protecting the interests of its members, promoting their value to the real estate consumer, setting high standards for professional practice, and advocating private property rights. Its mission is accomplished through the enforcement of the code of ethics, committee and general membership meetings, a bi-monthly magazine provided to the members, other communications, and education seminars.
