The primary purpose of the whrhs pto is to promote the best educational opportunities for all young people at the whrhs. Serving as a supportive body in the total development of the student. Intellectual, civic, moral, and cultural. The organization will encourage such programs and projects that promote the totality of education at whrhs, also it is an objective of the pto to encourage and improve communication between the School, community, and general public.
