The primary purpose of the organization was to develop and promote the game of soccer. In furtherance of this educational and charitable purpose, the club provided coaching and instruction, organized youth teams, leagues and tournaments, conducted youth camps, clinics, and seminars, furnished necessary equipment and facilities, and conducted lawful activities which were helpful in accomplishing this purpose. Upon dissolution of the org a final distribution of net assets was made to New York State West Youth Soccer Association which was organized for similar purposes.
