The purpose for which this corporation is organized is for the development of financial resources which shall be utilized, at such times, in such amounts and upon such criteria as may be established, administered and/or revised by teh corporation's board of trustees, to provide information, resources and/or support twoards the advancement of the well being of humanity, whether charitable, educational, scientific or otherwise.
