To stimulate public interest in the performing arts, concentrating on Dance and theatre arts;to produce dramatic pieces which communicate creatively and completely so that a dialogue is created between the community and performer; to employ and train coreographers, dancers, musicians, composers, actors, and performing artists; to employ staff and technical assistants as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the corporation; and, to conduct any and all activities as shall from time to time appropriate in connection with the foregoing as are lawful for not-for-profit corporations.
