Allegheny Valley Volunteer Fire Company Foreign Fire Insurance Relief Association (referred to as Relief Fund) was formed primarily to afford financial protection to current or former volunteer firefighters of Allegheny Valley Volunteer Fire CO. And to encourage individuals to participate in volunteer fire service. Financial assistance is provided by the Relief Fund in the following ways: - To firemen who may suffer injury, - To fund Death benefits, - To provide Safeguards for preserving life, health and safety of firemen, - To Fund rehabilitation of firemen.
