To provide financial assistance to needy employees of Unified women's healthcare, lp, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Unified") and such employees' family members who have suffered disaster or Employee emergency hardship without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
