Raise Housing Development Corporation

Raise Housing Development Corporation (RHDC), an Ohio nonprofit corporation, was incorporated by Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (Authority) to assist the Authority in its goal of promoting and advancing the development of affordable housing and living options essential for individuals and families to thrive. RHDC will undertake three main activities (1) acquiring, constructing, and developing affordable housing projects, (2) providing residential and community supportive services to residents, and (3) managing affordable housing projects.
