Scarlet and Gold Foundation

The Scarlet and Gold Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Its primary purpose is to support and enhance the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps NROTC program at The Citadel by providing supplemental funding educational resources scholarships mentorship leadership development community engagement and morale welfare and recreation support. The Foundation exists to help develop midshipmen into future Navy and Marine Corps leaders while operating as an independent non-federal entity and without governmental status or official Department of Defense endorsement.
