Keeping Forests exists to a develop innovative market-based approaches to support private landowners who are actively managing over 86% of the 245 Million acres of timberlands in the U.S. South; b to provide education in illuminating the economic and environmental benefits that Southern Forests provide by increasing the value of privately owned Forests; c to empower the next generation of landowners conservationists consumers and citizens to keep Forests as Forests.
