Cultural Stadium Corporation

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes including, without limitations, inspiring, guiding, shaping and harnessing the power of arts and culture to revitalize Chicago's downtown, and performing all acts incidental to or necessary for accomplishment of such purposes and that are not inconsistent with the code of acts,including, but not limited to, the making of contributions to other nonprofit organizations for the purposes consistent with the purposes of the corporation.
