Liner Wrestling Club

Liner wresting club's mission is to provide for the children and youth in the community the opportunity to participate in an amateur, youth Wrestling program that teaches, promotes and builds good sportsmanship, high moral character, pride, confidence and self-esteem and, in pursuance thereof, to provide a supervised program of progressively competitive amateur Wrestling, including skills training and development and competitions, as well as to engage in fund raising activities the proceeds of which will be used to support the foregoing purposes. The corporation shall be organized and operated exclusively as an organization fostering national or international amateur sports competition within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) and section 501(j) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "code").
