During the year the federation encouraged and promoted a high standard of physical and mental well being of all the full time, duly sworn law enforcement officers of the San Bernardino county Sheriff's department through the sponsorship of Athletic competition. The cost of the Athletic tournaments and tee sponsorships were also partially subsidized. The federation also promotes better community relations between the public and law enforcement agencies by sponsoring tournaments for the entertainment of the public.
