San Diego Land Conservancy Coalition

The purposes of this corporation are (a) to provide information and strategies to persons and entities interested in, involved in and engaged in the science of, the education concerning, and the observation of natural resources including land; and (b) to acquire, hold, manage, operate, or dispose of real and personal property, devoting such property or the income or proceeds of such property to charitable purposes.
