To promote, improve, and protect the welfare of its members; to safeguard, both individually and collectively, the rights, benefits, and privileges of its members; to foster improved relations between its members, the community, and the Police agency, and to aid in establishing the highest degree of professionalism among its members and to represent employee members in their employment relations with the city of Fontana, California.
