Haven 501 (havenwood Apts)

Havenwood rhf housing, inc. is a not-for-profit corporation formed in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of California. The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 50 unit community known as Haven 501 (havenwood apartments) located in Los Angeles, California, which provides housing for low income families. The corporation receives grants and housing assistance payments pursuant to section 220(d)(3)(b) of the national housing act, as amended.
