Different Strokes Swim Team Inc

The purpose of this organization shall be 1. To provide an affirming, healthy, and supportive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and their friends that live in the San Diego metropolitan area 2. To train and coach amateur athletes in the sport of swimming 3. To encourage amateur athletes to participate in swim competitions including the quadrennial Gay Games, the International Gay and Lesbian Aquatic Championships, as well as other local, regional, national, and international competitions 4. To serve as a positive role model of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals, and to serve as a positive representative of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.
