1.to promote professional growth of Assisted Living Nurses through education, research, and participation in public policy forums. 2.to provide access to a nation-wide network of Assisted Living Nurses. 3.to promote an active interest in Assisted Living nursing practice among professionals. 4.to improve information dissemination on current state-specific regulatory requirements and cost-effective methods for exemplary compliance. 5.to share evidence-based best practices and other insights with Assisted Living Nurses and the public. 6.to develop and maintain credentials for specialty practices including a certification examination.
