Beacon of Hope Crisis center is a christ-centered organization empowering victims of domestic violence and sexual assault become self-sufficient by providing safety education, and support. Serving central indiana. Since 2009, Beacon of Hope Crisis center is a confidential safe place where individuals who are or have been victims of crimes can receive advocacy services.advocates assist with safety planning and other services. Working in partnership with law enforcement and hospitals, some of the ways they mitigate barriers and assist victims of crimes is by helping with protective order filings, victim compensation and other paperwork,court accompaniment, rapid-rehousing, providing emergency hotel stays while helping to find a bed in a domestic violence shelter, fostering pets while victims are in shelter, employment assistance, financial tools, helping with the healing process, counseling, steps toward independence and self-sufficiency for long-term improved quality of life.
