To promote high and Junior High Rodeo on a local and statewide level in accordance with the standards of the national high school high and Junior High school Rodeo association while bringing recognition to the sport of Rodeo. To promote high levels of conduct and sportsmanship at all rodeos by setting standards to be met that will achieve this end. To keep the Western heritage alive in America. To promote a closer relationship among the people interested in Rodeo and the organizations they represent. To promote the humane treatmetn of animals.
