Community Hospital Westfield, inc. ("CHW") is a nonprofit, integrated healthcare network which serves as the leader in providing compassionate, quality, cost-effective healthcare services to help the people of central indiana, to achieve and maintain optimal health through providing a full range of healthcare services in the Community. In particular, CHW will be a patient-centered, integrated healthcare network which will, through continuous quality improvement, consistently provide a better experience for patients, employees, physicians and payors and thus become their network of choice. This organization currently does not operate a Hospital facility as it is undergoing construction to build the facilities that will carry out the noted exempt purpose.
