The purpose of the organization is to acquire and manage real estate in order to support and further the interests and purposes of alleghenies unlimited care providers, inc., an organization recognized as tax exempt and as a public charity pursuant to sections 501(c)(3) and therefore aid those affected by physical and/or developmental disabilities and related purposes and activities.
