No grantmaking in this initial short tax year, but, in future tax years, the foundation will engage in grantmaking to support the advancement of education, health, and science, to promote culture or the arts, to combat climate change (including via climate intervention) with a focus on supporting and protecting biodiveristy and functional ecological infrastructure, and to assist or provide relief to the poor, the distressed or the underprivileged (including for the houseless or homeless).
