Planeta is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that would qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code Planeta is a multidisciplinary collective dedicated to building community resilience by creating immersive spaces of audio, visual, and tactile experiences that center queer joy and uplift qtbipoc folks through performance, dance, art therapy, and resource distribution. Our spaces serve as intersections for culture, community, arts, and performance. We aim to challenge the baseline for what we should expect from gathering spaces by encouraging people to connect to and honor their mind, body and spirit
