The corporation's primary exempt purpose is providing opportunities for children and adults who seek increased athletic ability and athletic knowledge with respect to the sport of Wrestling, and increased physical, mental, emotional, and social development, and enhanced competitive spirit with respect to the sport of Wrestling. In carrying out these charitable purposes, the corporation will promote amateur Wrestling by arranging for paid professional Wrestling instructors to provide instructional Wrestling activities to students of all ages and by having such instructors teach the sport of Wrestling to youths.
