The specific purpose of this corporation is to make charitable donations in the form of energy-efficient home improvements, and providing fuel-efficient vehicles to individuals and families in need. Charitable activities will be funded by voluntary donations from individuals and organizations. This will Offset Carbon emissions. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for the purposes set forth within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3).
