To acquire and hold title to real property on behalf of the anna julia cooper school, a Virginia nonstock corporation that is exempt from taxation under section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended. Finance, conserve, and maintain the property, collect income therefrom and remit such income, less expenses, and reasonable reserves, to the school, all in accordance with section 509(a)(3) of the code.
