The purpose(s) for which the corporation was formed is any purpose for which corporations may be organized under the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law as a charitable corporation including Catholic ministry, outreach events such as community meal nights, Sunday brunches, and sports nights from which no profit will be drawn, and faith formation by teaching the Catholic faith and forming small groups geared towards living out the faith in our daily lives.
