Cascades Cannery is a food preservation initiative based in Central Oregon. We partner with local farms to reduce food loss, increase food security, and create value-added products that nourish our community year-round. Every jar carries the story of the growers who made it possible, ensuring farmers remain visible and valued. By turning the region's seasonal abundance into shelf-stable meals, we preserve what matters: sustaining agriculture, fighting hunger, and building resilience across our region's food system.
