Community Improvement Corporation of Antwerp Ohio

The Community Improvement corporation of Antwerp, Ohio is an Ohio non- profit corporation that was chartered in 1975. We are designated by the villages of Antwerp, payne and the county of paulding, Ohio, with the exception of paulding exempted village, which has its own Community Improvement corporation. The purpose of the Community Improvement corporation of Antwerp, Ohio is to advance, encourage, and promote the industrial, economic and commercial development of property within our designated areas of paulding county, Ohio. Our primary source of funding over the years has been from contributions from within our designated area and gains on sale of real estate acquired for development.
