To maintain a building at 626 north fourth street, steubenville, Ohio that will not only house the offices of ibew local 246, but also generate revenue to support ibew local 246 in its mission to promote the material and intellectual welfare of its members and their families; to secure adequate wages, working conditions, and opportunities of employment; to encourage its members to vote in the interest of obtaining higher standards of citizenship; and to secure adequate legislation which will promote principles of free collective bargaining.
