Pilgrim Place Apartments

Lima ecumenical housing corporation is a not-for-profit corporation formed on june 13, 1978 in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of Ohio. The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 51 unit high-rise apartment complex known as Pilgrim Place Apartments located in lima, Ohio, which provides housing and related services for very low and low income elderly persons. The corporation receives housing assistance payments and a mortgage insured by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 202 of the national housing act, as amended.
