To provide emergency rescue and ambulance service for the citizens of the geographic and political subdivisions of Osgood, yorkshire, willowdell, and all of patterson township, part of wabash township, and part of marion township in mercer county, Ohio. To own, maintain, and operate an ambulance or ambulances and vehicle or vehicles to provide emergency and rescue service. To provide emergency medical treatment and service to persons suffering from illness or injuries. To operate such service on a nonprofit basis although being able to charge for and receive compensation for such services. To receive and maintain fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, to use and apply the whole or any part of the income therefrom and the principal thereof exclusively for the purpose herein names. To make application for federal, state, local and private funds as same may become available.
