To provide as a community service responsible training, instructing and coaching in fundamental Baseball skills for children who reside in perry township, columbiana county, Ohio and vicinity for the recreaton and social welfare of such children irrespective of race, creed, color or economic circumstances of such children and to organize, operate and maintain facilities for providing said training, instructing and coaching in fundamental Baseball skills for the recreation and social welfare of such children.
