Sandusky Rotary Club Charitable Fund Inc

To accept gifts, bequests, and devises, legacies, and other contributions for educational and other Charitable uses and purposes; and to expend, contribute and otherwise handle and disburse the funds and property of the fund for such puposes, either directly or by contribution to other agencies, organizations and institutions organized for one or more of such purposes.
