Carroll Electrics People for People Fund

To provide funds to needy individuals and other 501(c)(3) organizations as approved by the board. The funds that make up the 56,220 shown on line 1 were accumulated by rounding up the electric bills of Carroll electric cooperative, inc. consumers to the next highest dollar. There were approx 9,806 consumers of Carroll electric cooperative that were participating in the "People for People" fund on december 31, 2024. An example of this participation is: a consumer's electric bill is 79.79. The bill is rounded up to 80.00 with .21 going into the "People for People" fund.
