Fraternal beneficiary society operating under the lodge system to create a better understanding of fellowship between americans of Italian extraction; advance civic welfare; teach ideals of citizenship; band together for social purposes; create sufficient funds to establish a home site for the meeting of its members to carry forth the purpose and ideology of the corporation; and to assist those who are needy and in distress, by voluntary contributions.
