The purpose of the organization is to provide education and guidance for the younger racing generation, provide suitable recognition for outstanding participants of the Indianapolis 500. To sponsor acts of charity, culture and education, compilation and preservation of historical facts concerning the race, competing cars and the racing personnel entered for the purpose of participating in the event from the inaugural race to the present. Promote social enjoyment and fellowship among its members and to further interest of auto racing in general
