PERRY Meridian Band Boosters Inc

To operate and manage the finances of the PERRY Meridian Band Boosters, Inc. (the "Corporation") for the benefit of the students participating in the band program at PERRY Meridian High School in Marion County, Indiana; to engage in any and all activities necessary or appropriate to raise funds in order to reduce costs to participating band members.
