Prevent cruelty to animals by providing medical care including spay or neuter surgery, Rescue, fostering, adoption for Norwegian elkhounds or elkhound mixes as well as providing life long support and veterinary care for special needs dogs requiring an unusual amount of care and expense or who do not easily adapt to new situations due to age or past history of neglect or abuse.
