Foellinger Foundation Inc

Helene Foellinger leadership development initiative: since 2016, the initiative has supported, strengthened, and inspired allen county nonprofit leaders as they work to fulfill their missions and address key community challenges. It is designed to cultivate leadership potential and build the adaptive skills necessary for the future. From 2017-2023, one core component was the Foellinger leadership lab, which offered three custom- tailored programs for nonprofit leaders: the executive leader program, the rising leader program, and the sonder fellowship. In january 2024, the foundation established a leadership committee to evaluate existing programs and determine future direction. Working with a consultant, the committee gathered participatory feedback from leadership program alumni. Based on initial findings, the foundation provided ongoing learning and networking opportunities to more than 150 alumni in 2024.
