To encourage the consumption of Pasta by being the center of knowledge and promoting the development of sound public policy to the consumer, the industry and the regulatory bodies because a sustainable Pasta industry is vital to healthy diets. NPA consists of Pasta manufacturers, millers and suppliers to the Pasta industry serving as a cohesive industry advocate, a promoter of Pasta and a center of knowledge for its members.
