For complete statement of purpose.the organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, literary, religious, and scientific purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Within the foregoing, the corporation's purposes in part are to advance legal study and research and to promote the administration of justice and uniformity of judicial decision throughout the United States.
