The Lawyers Club of Chicago

The primary exempt purpose for which the Lawyers Club of Chicago is organized are (1)to advance the condition of the law and interests of practitioners in the city of Chicago through social interaction and tolerant discussion of questions of law and practice and (2) to promote reform in the law, facilitate the administration of justice, elevate the standard of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession and cherish the siprit of camaraderie among the members thereof. The organization's meetings and the papers read and discussions held at the meetings, which are funded by dues and assessments, constitute the means by which the organization accomplishes its exempt purpose.
