A.to bring together all employees qualified for membership under article ii of this constitution in an effort to promote the interchange of ideas and better the Police department as a whole. B.to promote and protect the professional, personal and social welfare of the duly qualified members of the Dickinson Police department. C.to purchase or secure materials and equipment not otherwise furnished by the Dickinson Police department. D.to promote the Dickinson Police department in the community.
