Rotary Club of Chicago O Hare Foundation

The Rotary Club of Chicago-OHare Foundation incorporated pursuant to the Illinois Not For Profit Corporation Act, shall receive, hold, care for, invest in and operate real and personal property and to use and distribute from time to time all income and all principal which it shall receive in charitable gifts, to be applied consistently with existing laws, for benefit of an indefinite number of persons, either by bringing their minds or hearts under the influence of education or by relieving their bodies from disease, suffering or constraint, or by assisting them to establish themselves in life.
