Minnesota Media Arts

The specific purpose of the Corporation is charitable: To preserve, protect and promote Media Arts for purposes of historical and cultural preservation. This includes restoring and digitally archiving historical analog recordings and repairing associated magnetic Media recording and playback devices. Capturing and documenting new artistic expression. Compiling and maintaining a digital archive and repository to share with the public, researchers and educators [public television, historical societies] and other interested parties. Advocacy, instructing and educating the public about the importance of Media Arts and cultural preservation.
