Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists

The society's purpose shall be to improve care for acute, life threatening illnesses and injuries, and to promote the development of optimal facilities incidental to the foregoing purposes. In addition, the society shall promote multidisciplinary Critical Care, encourage research, and maintain liaison relationships as deemed appropriate by the board of directors. Through education, research, advocacy, and community-building, SOCCA advances the knowledge and practice of anesthesiology-based Critical Care medicine.
