1 Community based economic development services provided to Chicago businesses, property owners, residents, social service agencies and other community actors working in conjunction with government officials to improve the safety, functionality and economic prosperity of the service area that includes low-income census tracts 2 Assist family-owned businesses, corporations and commercial property owners to remain and expand their enterprises in the service areas and collaborate with federal, state, county and city government officials 3 Assisted needy residents to solve their personal challenges working with social service agencies and government agencies 4 Assist all community partners to collaborate with government law enforcement agencies to ensure maximum public safety
